FAQ

What do I get?: Authenticated access to Mosaic's MCP tools over the oncology knowledge graph, used inside Claude Desktop, Cursor, or Claude Code.
Where's the line between Free and Pro?: Free answers "what do we know about X?" for one target you name — search, the full dossier, its compounds, papers, patents and structure. Pro answers "which X?" and "how do X and Y relate?" — the tools that rank, compare, or traverse to things you didn't name: competitive landscape, synthetic-lethal whitespace, resistance bypass, pathway and network traversal. The free dossier deliberately samples several of those, capped, and tells you the totals it's holding back.
How do I use the MCP tools?: Add the MCP server URL + your API key to your client config — see /docs/install. The tools then appear alongside your normal workflow.
Why oncology only?: Mosaic deliberately covers oncology in depth rather than every therapy area shallowly; the graph and extraction are tuned for this scope.
How does this compare to Open Targets?: Open Targets is a curated association database; Mosaic adds typed, literature-mined relations and multi-hop reasoning tools (resistance bypass, synthetic-lethal whitespace) on top — and federates Open Targets data where useful.
Is the data public domain?: Mosaic ingests public sources (PubMed, patents, ChEMBL, Reactome, STRING, Open Targets, ClinicalTrials.gov). Derived relations and scoring are Mosaic's.
What's your refund policy?: Cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Email support for pro-rated issues.
